Office Assistant, Houston TX
Claymex Brick and Tile is a leading distributor of quality clay products such as brick, roof tiles, and pavers, for the residential, multifamily and commercial building industries. We have sales locations in Houston, New Braunfels, Pharr and Eagle Pass, Texas. We are currently seeking for a highly motivated office assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Checking for new orders
- Uploading orders to system
- Scheduling deliveries
- Invoicing
- Inventory control
- General Filing
Requirements: * Proficient computer, word processing, and spreadsheet skills
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to work independently or as a team member
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, goal oriented.
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong ethics
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
Salary : $33,000 - $35,000
