Job Description for Office Assistant
Following is a list of duties to be performed by the office assistant. This list is not intended to be inclusive of all duties required to successfully perform this job. Other duties may be added or deleted from this list.
Hours: Monday through Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Checking for new orders
- Uploading orders to system
- Scheduling deliveries
- Invoicing
- Inventory control
- General Filing
- Payroll
- Other extra assignments as needed
- Requirements:
- Proficient computer, word processing, and spreadsheet skills
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to work independently or as a team member
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, goal oriented.
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong ethics

- Office: 1 year
- Drivers License
- High school or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24,000.00 - $26,000.00 per year
