JOB DUTIES:
Install all receptacles, GFI receptacles and range/dryer receptacles
Install all light switches, thermostats and phone jacks
Install heat tape receptacles, phone bridges and outside receptacles
Install all light fixtures, fans and smoke detectors
For double wides, secure rough wires on marriage walls and install connectors
Repair all shorts at end of line
Maintain acceptable level of quality
Sign traveler when job has been completed
Clean area daily
Perform other duties as assigned
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Must be at least 18 years old
SAFETY / ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Possible use of sealants Uncontrolled Climate
EQUIPMENT / MACHINES USED:
½ inch Air Drill Wire Cutters
General Hand Tools Personal Protective Equipment
TESTING REQUIRED:
Drug Screen Hearing Test
COGNITIVE SKILLS:
Good Reasoning Skills
Be able to read blue prints and tape measure
Be familiar with NEC codes
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
No sitting except breaks and lunch
Must have normal use of hands
Must be able to climb in and out of houses constantly
Must be able to work on knees or on stepladders much of the time
Must be able to distinguish colors
