Qualifications:
- Attendance/Punctuality – Is consistently at work and on time.

- Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.

- Ability to read, write, and do basic mathematics
- Experience with nail guns
- understanding of how to construct and repair wooden pallets.
- Maintain safe work environment
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repetitively
- Ability to be on your feet (standing and walking) for up to 4 hours at a time
- Ability to perform a job that include repetitive pushing, pulling, and lifting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain pace of a Team
