What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Tracking Specialist position at Clayton Careers?

The Retail Tracking Specialist partner in a team environment to perform a variety of tasks surrounding approved retail sales and spec land purchases.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely receipt of approved OLG Draws.
- Set up new deals in Helix and track progress until booked.
- Process corporate consent requests from Home Center, Vanderbilt, and attorneys.
- Request loan commitment and appraisal extensions from lenders to keep deals in trust.
- Obtain and manage legal documents (Deed, Deed of Trust, Mechanics Lien, etc.) from attorneys or title companies.
- Use county websites to retrieve recorded legal documents.
- Generate and send lien satisfactions for recording if needed.
- Track SPEC, Human Credit, Triad, E-lend, and Cascade deals during construction.
- Handle signing, notarization, and FedEx shipping of legal documents.
- Complete and return builder documents as requested.
- Conduct Welcome Home Audits monthly.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent penmanship required
- Strong data entry and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness
- Willingness to cross train in other positions
- Working knowledge of AS400, Global, Excel, and Web-based resources
- Prior experience working with a title company is a plus
- High School diploma or equivalent
