About the Position
The Talent Acquisitions Specialist plays a key role within the talent acquisition team for Clayton Technology. This position is designed to enhance the hiring manager and candidate experience while assisting and streamlining the recruiting and pre hire processes. This role will play both a recruiting role in posting jobs and sourcing/screening candidates as well as an administrative role by scheduling interviews and managing the offer and pre hire processes. The TA Specialist will support the Talent Acquisition Business Partner and HR leadership on various projects, programs, and initiatives throughout the team member lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities
- Provides moderately advanced comprehensive support throughout the recruiting and hiring process.
- Manages interview and pre-brief/de-brief scheduling to ensure smooth coordination between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Conducts intake calls with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and set expectations for the recruitment process.
- Assists with developing and maintaining talent acquisition processes
- Posts internal/external positions within Workday (HR/Payroll system), targeted websites, or other media.
- Sources and screens candidates for mid-level technology roles; support the sourcing and screening for higher level technology roles in partnership with TA Business Partner
- Monitors the recruiting process through Workday
- Prepares and sends offer letter
- Participates in the development and execution of recruitment strategies to attract top talent for Clayton Technology.
- Manage the contractor selection, onboarding, and offboarding process for Clayton Technology
- Assists with recruitment tangential processes such as Caliper pre hire assessments, interview training, compliance, etc.
- Assists with the pre-hire process to include managing background checks and drug screens while keeping candidates and all relevant business partners and HR/TMX team members abreast of status
- Assist with the Clayton Technology internship program
- Schedule, prepare, conduct and track new hire and internal transfer tasks
- Supports offsite recruiting events to include campus visits, career fairs, and other events to build and maintain effective talent pipelines and a presence in the local labor market.
- Assists with internal recruiting efforts
- Communicates effectively with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers through all stages of the recruiting process.
- Supports various HR, Talent Acquisition, and TMX projects and company-wide initiatives as needed.

Primary Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred.
- 2 years’ experience in the Talent Acquisition and/or HR space
- Performance, results-driven individual focused on teamwork with the ability to create/sustain a strong, positive, vibrant culture.
- Passion for people, culture, HR, talent acquisition
- Experience coordinating projects and managing multiple priorities and tasks
- Experience establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
