Clayton County Public Schools Division of Human Resources and Strategic Improvement is hosting a PARAPROFESSIONAL HIRING EVENT on March 20, 2025, 5:00-7:00 p.m.

Sourcing all Paraprofessional Vacancies for the 2025 - 2026 School Year

To expedite candidate entry, you are encouraged to ‘apply’ for this posting, which will serve as your pre-registration for the upcoming hiring event. All Paraprofessional credentials must be included in the registration application. 

You will receive a confirmation email once your pre-registration has been completed.

Paraprofessional credentials and documents will be considered incomplete. Confirmation emails will only be distributed to candidates with completed pre-registration applications.

TO QUALIFY TO BE A PARAPROFESSIONAL:

Hold an Associate’s Degree or higher in any subject from a GaPSC-accepted accredited institution. 

-OR-

Have completed two (2) years of college coursework (sixty [60] semester hours or [90] quarter hours) above the remedial level with a grade of “C” or better at a GaPSC-accepted accredited institution.   

-OR-

Have passed the GACE Paraprofessional Assessment and hold a minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent. 

FOR ADMISSION:

• Upload a copy of your Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) paraprofessional license. 
• Create a GaPSC myPSC account. Please click here to register for your GaPSC certificate account number if you do not have an account.
• Complete the Initial certificate and license application and the Verification of Lawful Presence Form and Affidavit. Once complete, upload it to your TalentEd application with a copy of your valid government-issued photo identification.
• Submit all official college transcripts to mail@gapsc.com
• Answer the Personal Affirmation Questions in your myPSC account
