Where you’ll fit in
As the Inventory and Materials Coordinator, you will own the day-to-day inventory and materials management processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and organization in our warehouse and across sales channels. You will conduct regular inventory counts and audits, manage reorder points, and oversee product allocation for retail and events. Additionally, you will be responsible for receiving material and inventory transfers, maintaining an optimized warehouse system, and assisting with order fulfillment and company projects as needed. Collaboration, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are critical to succeeding in this role.
What you’ll be responsible for
Inventory Management
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accuracy across sales channels, performing system updates as needed to ensure accuracy.
- Identify material reorder points and inventory deficiencies to prevent stock shortages.
Receiving
- Receive purchase orders and inventory transfers, sorting, counting, and storing items as required.

Warehouse Management
- Organize, optimize, and maintain the warehouse layout to maximize efficiency.
- Manage product put-away and ensure the space is clean, safe, orderly and optimized.
Product Allocation Control
- Oversee retail and event inventory distribution, ensuring timely and accurate allocation of products.
Additional Operations Support
- Assist with order fulfillment and other company projects or initiatives as needed.
What you’ll bring to the table
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A high degree of ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds.
- Experience with inventory management systems and basic reporting tools.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., G-Suite or similar).
- Forklift certification (or the aptitude to become certified)

Job Details
- This is a full-time position, working 8 hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with a 30 minute break for lunch.
- Overtime will be required during the busy Q4 holiday season.
Work Conditions
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to equipment that can reach temperatures up to 500 ℉. Proper PPE will be provided. Temperature control is moderate within the facility, leading to working environment temperatures that range between 50 and 85 degrees fahrenheit. The employee is required to stand, walk, use hands and reach with hands and arms and lift less than 10 pounds for long periods of time throughout the day. Occasionally lifting loads of 50lbs or more may be required. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as a fork list if also required.
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A positive attitude and desire to work within the team.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Previous warehouse and/or fulfillment experience.
- Bachelors in Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
- Forklift certification preferred
