Clayton Services is searching for a Structural Engineer to join a thriving company in Humble, Texas. The Structural Engineer will oversee the design, analysis, and detailing of platform structures, foundations, and associated connections.
Job Type : Direct Hire
Pay Rate : $150,000-$175,000 / annually

Structural Engineer Responsibilities :
- Conduct preliminary design and cost estimation for project quotations.
- Develop platform structures and associated connection designs.
- Design platform column foundations, including slabs, piers, piles, and footings as needed.
- Structural analysis using RISA 3D (FEA) and MathCad or similar software.
- Modeling and detailing on Autodesk Advance Steel
- Utilize software like Fabtrol to nest materials and create shop NC files.
- Prepare client approval drawings, engineering drawings, shipping and lashing drawings, and installation drawings.
- Review and approve engineer drawings.
- Communication and collaboration with various departments.
- Other duties as assigned.
