Clayton Services is searching for a Project Manager to join a thriving company in Houston, Texas. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing large capital projects.
Job Type : Direct Hire
Pay Rate : $120,000-$170,000 / year plus bonus

Project Manager Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and manage work done by internal and external resources in all project phases
- Create project plans and outline goals, activities, human resources, material resources, schedules, and more
- Project accurate project deliverables on time and budget
- Coordinate all activites according to project plan
- Client management inclduing approvals, meetings, and correspondence
- Administer and manage contractor and vendor contracts
- Maintain electronic project database
- Oversee cost control
- Estimate and prepare contract change orders
- Manage multiple project simultaneously in various stages of development
- Other duties as assigned
