We are seeking a part-time manager for a senior housing property in Philadelphia, NY.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours to prospective tenants.
- Assist in the application process, including collecting necessary documentation and conducting background checks.
- Maintain accurate and organized files for all leasing activities.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and Rural Development guidelines.
- Explain lease terms and conditions with potential tenants.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone or email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with the property management team to address tenant concerns and facilitate smooth move-ins, transfers and move-outs.
Skills
- Willingness to learn.
- Solid understanding of EMAIL, WORD, EXCEL and maintaining computer files.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing files and documentation efficiently.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
