The Bilingual Customer Service / Call Center Representative will be responsible for being the liaison between the company's current and potential customers to resolve issues, complaints, and inquiries.
Job Type : Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate : $15.00-$17.00 / hour
Benefits : Excellent benefits are available after the successful completion of the temporary period
Bilingual Customer Service / Call Center Representative Responsibilities :
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow scripts when handling various topics
- Identify customers needs, information, and research issues to provide solutions and / or alternatives
- Upsell products when presented with the opportunity
- Build relations and engage customers by exceeding their expectations
- Keep accurate and detailed records of all conversations in the database
- Attend training to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet and exceed goals
