Clayton Services is searching for an Electrical Design Engineer to join a thriving company in North Houston.
Job Type: Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $80,000 - $100,000/annually

Electrical Design Engineer Responsibilities:
- Design and draft electrical schematics, electrical back plate vinyl, and operator vinyl for HVACR manufacturing projects
- Design electrical aspects of HVACR units
- Assist with testing and troubleshooting new HVACR units
- Research, develop, and design new electrical systems for HVACR projects
- Provide engineering support throughout the manufacturing process
- Design and test prototypes
- Document schematics, specifications, and diagrams
- Complete reports
- Other duties as assigned
Electrical Design Engineer Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work successfully on multiple projects simultaneously
- AutoCAD proficiency
Electrical Design Engineer Education and Experience:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is required
- A minimum of five years of relevant electrical engineering work experience is required
