Clayton Services is searching for an HVAC Technical Training to join a thriving company in North Houston. The HVAC Technical Trainer will be responsible for leading the technical training programs for the employees at the company's training facility as well as customer locations throughout the US.

Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00/hour

HVAC Technical Trainer Responsibilities:
- Execute training sessions, webinars, and workshops for the company and customers.
- Prepare training materials (presentations and worksheets).
- Organize training schedules and classroom agendas.
- Lead the technical training programs according to the industry requirements.
- Report the data and keep compliance on completed courses, absences, and issues.
- Arrange and conduct on-site training, if needed.
- Observe and evaluate the results of training programs
- Anal yze the overall effectiveness of programs and improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint.
- Certification such as CTT (Certified Technical Trainer) is a huge plus.
- At least three years of experience as a Technical Trainer.
- Experience in designing technical course content.
- HVAC knowledge is highly preferred.
Salary : $30 - $35
