Pay Rate: $45,000/annually with OTE of $55,000 - $80,000

SALES EXECUTIVE Responsibilities:
- Proactively develop new business through outbound calls, prospecting, and lead generation activities.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, maintaining strong relationships and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Handle the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Stay informed on product knowledge and market trends to effectively address customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.
SALES EXECUTIVE Skills and Abilities:

SALES EXECUTIVE Education and Experience:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Previous experience in plastics, manufacturing, or a related industry is a plus
