Job Type: Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $110,000-$150,000/year

Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring that they align with organizational goals.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resources, and budget management.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
- Monitor and track project progress, adjusting timelines and resource allocation as needed.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, team members, and senior management.
- Facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication and decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, organizational policies, and quality standards.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, budgets, reports, and risk assessments.
- Other duties as assigned
Project Manager Skills and Abilities:
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and resources.
- Ability to think strategically and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Project Manager Education and Experience:
- 5 years of project management experience is required.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required; a Master's is preferred.
- Water treatment industry experience is required.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
