Regional Sales Manager

Clayton Services is searching for a Regional Sales Manager to join a thriving company in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Job Type: Direct Hire

Pay Rate: $85,000-$110,000/year plus commission and bonus

Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with all support sales groups
• Visit customers
• Promote and execute corporate sales and marketing plans
• Analyze sales data to determine sales strategy for the territory
• Review product design and adapt to customer needs in cooperation with R&D
• Understand customer requirements and specifications in the process of preparing a quotation
• Introduce and present program and capabilities to customers
• Plan and implement the quantitative objectives within budgeted guidelines
• Maintain contact with potential customers to develop a strong relationship
• Generate order confirmations and provide them to the engineering department
• Stay up to date on customer, market, and technology trends as they relate to current and future business opportunities
• Continuously analyze, observe, and monitor the competition to understand and articulate the differences fully between competitors
• Develop and support marketing strategies and advertising campaigns in coordination with marketing and management
• Attend trade shows
• Other duties as assigned

Regional Sales Manager Education and Experience:

• A minimum of five years of relevant sales experience in the pneumatic conveying and/or oil and gas industries is required
• A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field is required
