Job Summary

Performs basic clerical or receptionist duties daily, providing support for an executive-level office or department.
- Provides telephone and front office support.
- Maintains files of various records, correspondence, and other documents.
- Writes, types, or enters information into a computer to prepare correspondence and other documents.
- Assembles materials for distribution, such as assembling packets, stuffing envelopes, and mailing.
- Operates office equipment, such as copiers, fax machines, etc., to complete assignments.
- Provides support for special projects and special events.
- Delivers documents and packages to various campus locations as needed.
- Awareness of supply inventory and printer / copier.
- Contributes to team effort.
- Other duties as assigned.
