Valet Supervisor - Healthcare

Clayton Valet is looking for hardworking individuals ready to lead a team of valet attendants at a healthcare facility.

As a Supervisor, you will also be responsible for maintaining contact with our on-site contacts and ensuring that their needs are met.

This role requires a professional appearance and demeanor. Some responsibilities are subject to change based on the specific needs of the

establishment.

  • 18 / hr starting Tips

Shifts Available : Full time

  • Monday - Friday
  • Mornings
  • Afternoons
  • Off most weekends

    • Primary Job Responsibilities :

  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures put in place by the site contacts.
  • Provide coaching and other disciplinary actions when necessary
  • Maintain timekeeping and weekly schedules on Homebase
  • Maintain personnel records
  • Ensure that all new employees receive a training checklist and any training requested by the site
  • Receive complaints and utilize effective problem-solving techniques
  • Ensure adequate employee coverage throughout your location
  • Become familiar with the employee handbook
  • Become familiar with all policies and procedures at your designated establishment(s)
  • Ensure compliance of the most current policies and procedures established by the client
  • Consistently check-in with your Account Manager
  • Effectively communicate with the leadership team
  • Establish good rapport with all personnel at the assigned establishment
  • Ensure employees are supported
  • Attend mandatory monthly supervisor meetings
  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.

    • Job Requirements :

  • Must have a valid Driver License
  • Must pass drug screening and criminal background check
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • One or more years of valet experience
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (religious and medical exemption forms available upon request)
  • Mandatory annual flu shots (religious and exemption forms available upon request)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking in English
  • Great interpersonal communication
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Ability to stand for up to eight hours
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
