Clinical excellence and patient-centered care are at the heart of everything we do at Clayton Nursing and Rehabilitation. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients and residents.
Responsibilities of the role include evaluating patients/residents to collect data, observing condition and reporting changes in condition, contributing to nursing assessments and care planning, administering medications and performing treatments per physician orders, and supervising and monitoring patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
To excel in this position, you must have a strong background in nursing, with a graduate degree from an approved school for practical or vocational nursing. Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure is also essential. Furthermore, you must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
