Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee civil engineering projects, ensuring successful completion on time and within budget. You will manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and resources, while maintaining strong client and team relationships.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
Resource Management:
- Allocate and manage project resources to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Client Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and building strong relationships.
Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
Quality Control:
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, conducting regular inspections and audits.
Financial Management:
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring projects remain within allocated resources.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including reports, records, and correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Engineering or related field.
- 2 years of experience in project management within the civil engineering industry.
- Proven ability to lead and manage successful projects, from planning to completion.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Microsoft Office Product Experience
- Preferred: AutoCAD, CIVIL3D, Ability to understand and read civil/structural drawings.
