Requirements : Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by the Occupational Therapist
- Assist patients in developing or regaining physical or mental functioning
- Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic activities and exercises
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and reports
