Job Summary :
The Art Director will report into the Executive Creative Director on both the Shiseido and CPB brands. They will be responsible for supporting the ECD on 360 campaigns, digital content, giftset packaging and all in-store printed touchpoints.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
- Understands the beauty industry and able to translate the brand’s needs into unique and compelling creative concepts based on the approved strategy & budgets
- Thorough understanding of the Digital World and provide clear vision on how to execute content across all platforms
- Photography and videography expertise (must be able to support a photoshoot)
- Must be fluent in UX on all digital platforms
- Participates in concepting 360 campaigns
- Work closely with the VM Production team to provide guidance on how to translate and execute creative for use in-store
- Work closely with Procurement to source GWP’s and giftset packaging
- Participate in meetings with the brands, able to present creative concepts to Senior leadership
- Ensure all final work meets internal / brand standards
- Foster teamwork and a collaborative work environment. Inspires team morale and contributes to the overall Creative team culture

The base pay for this position may vary based on geographic location. Actual base pay offered will be based on several factors including job-specific knowledge, education, skills, and depth of experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as components of a total compensation package, including participation in our bonus program which features the ability to overachieve, in addition to a full range of competitive benefits.
