Responsibilities:
- Diagnose issues with kitchen and bar equipment using various diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Conduct repairs on mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of restaurant equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely.
- Maintain detailed records of all diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other team members to solve complex equipment problems and devise effective solutions.
- Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide superior customer service by clearly communicating with clients regarding repair status and preventive maintenance advice.
Qualifications:
- No previous experience required; open to vocational students and individuals seeking entry-level opportunities.
- Basic proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment preferred but not essential.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn technical manuals and schematics.
