Duties
- Assemble components and products according to specifications and blueprints.
- Operate power tools and hand tools to fabricate parts and complete assemblies.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the manufacturing facility or warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly line processes.
- Utilize forklifts for material handling as needed, following safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues during the assembly process and report any concerns to supervisors.
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools essential for assembly tasks.
- Familiarity with assembly line operations within a factory or manufacturing setting.
- Mechanical knowledge to understand assembly requirements and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Experience operating forklifts is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided.
