What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Compliance Specialist position at Clean and Protect Global Solutions?
Objective: To enhance client relationships, improve service quality, and proactively address issues through the establishment of Field Compliance Specialists (FCSs) who will perform quality control (QC) and act as a communication bridge between site supervisors and our cleaning crews.
Key Initiatives:
- Role Definition: FCSs will perform monthly visits to locations to verify that nightly services (e.g., mopping, vacuuming, dusting) are being completed to standard.
- Grievance and Praise Outlet: Provide location Managers with a direct channel to express grievances or praise regarding cleaning crews.
Monthly location Visits:
- Quality Control: FCSs will assess the cleanliness and functionality of each location, ensuring compliance with service standards. Completing site visit reports via internal software system.
- Identification of Work Orders: FCSs will identify potential work orders and areas needing attention during their visits.
Communication and Reporting Structure:
- Feedback Loop: All findings and feedback from FCSs will be documented and filtered to the Operations and Executive Teams for review.
- Increased Visibility: This structured approach will enhance visibility into our network, fostering stronger relationships with contract holders.
Building Relationships with Senior Leadership:ation with client senior leadership, enabling them to reach out to our organization for issues or opportunities as they arise.
- Proactive Issue Management: Aim to ease the burden on site staff by proactively addressing potential issues before they escalate.
Performance Tracking:
- Customer Satisfaction Updates: Regularly provide Site staff with updates o
- Direct Contact: The VP of Client Relations will establish direct communicn customer satisfaction across their regions to demonstrate our commitment to quality service.
- Relationship Building: Actively engage with teams to understand their needs and preferences.
Engagement Activities:
- Team Engagement: Organize initiatives such as distributing swag (treats, calendars, invitations to team dinners, sporting events) to foster goodwill and strengthen relationships with location staff and supervisors.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed daily reports to VP of Client Relations and Regional Compliance Supervisor
- Provide additional information to CPGS senior leadership, regarding state of banks, relationships and technicians.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail, and web-browsers

Environmental & Physical Requirements
- Proven experience as a Driver
- A valid driver’s license
- A clean driving record
- Minimum visual acuity of 20/50 (or corrected to 20/50)
- Familiarity with GPS devices
- Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods
- Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts
- A polite and professional disposition
- A high school diploma
Compensation: Flat rate for locations visited standard mileage reimbursement
