Field Operations Manager
- The main objective to the Field Operations Manager is Account Retention. The Field Operations Manager must document, follow-up on and resolve any customer complaints. This position also conducts periodic and proactive site inspections and communicates the results to the teams to maintain a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
- Pay - $35,000-$55,000
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent job-related experience in Marketing and/or Public Relations, Operations, Management
- 1-3 years district territory management, program/project management preferred, not required.
- 3-5 years of experience in management, with hiring, managing part-time employees, demonstration or even marketing, results in reporting, inventory, merchandising and training experience
- Outstanding client/customer relationship building/managing skills
- Must be able to work on weekends
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time. Travel could be local or regional depending on Territory assigned.
Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring nightly cleaning occurs AND is adequate for your specific territory
- Receiving, documenting and resolving service-related calls/Work Orders from customers.
- Provide daily report of issues/concerns/uncleaned locations
- Ensuring that crews follow and adhere to all policies and procedures outline by the company.
- Oversee app compliance: Includes app assignments, onboarding training and continued compliance.
- Opportunity to bonus each month if app compliance is above 85% or higher throughout your Territory.
- Training for new crews and new builds will be assigned as needed.
- Responsible for coordinating and confirming all periodic work throughout the territory and providing weekly monthly and quarterly reports to the executive team.
- Assign all reactive work orders, ensure that work is completed on time and within budget.
- Following up in a timely manner on all reactive work orders
- Closing out and invoicing reactive work orders
- Opportunity to bonus each quarter
- Vendor Management: FOM is responsible for the identifying as well as the onboarding of all vendors within our company system. Once vendors are approved by the executive team FOM will manage their performance on all projects within their territory
- Placing Inventory orders - Paperworks and Amazon if needed
- Verifying payroll is submitted accurately - Signed off before sent to COO
- OnSite Visits of 30% of locations to be completed once every 6 weeks
- Travel Budgets will be assigned based on location and amount of time expected to visit each area.
- Maintaining day to day operational records through the use of and daily entry of activity and result reporting an online database.
- Participate in weekly Operations Meetings.

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Skill in supervising to include delegating responsibility, training and evaluating performance
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail, and web-browsers
- Ability to direct, lead, coach, and develop people
- Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with management
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment

The incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods (66% each day), the ability to hear the telephone, the ability to enter data on a computer, and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
