Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Internship
Overview
The Administrative Assistant Intern provides essential support to an organization's administrative team, ensuring smooth office operations while gaining valuable hands-on experience in business administration. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to develop organizational, communication, and office management skills.
Pay: $16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general office tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Respond to emails and phone inquiries professionally
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed
- Maintain and update company records and databases
- Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks
- Order office supplies and assist with inventory management
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Prior administrative or office experience is a plus but not required

- Pass pre-employment and ongoing drug and alcohol screenings.
