Qualifications:
- Hard working individuals who enjoy cleaning and have an attention to detail
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to drive to job sites
- Must be in good health and can handle lifting at least 20 pounds
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be flexible to work most weekdays and some weekends
- Professionally clean using cleaning procedures and products that conform to the company standard
- General cleaning includes vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and cleaning all surfaces in bathrooms and kitchen
- Able to wash, dry and fold laundry, mainly bed sheets or towels
- Able to wash dishes, collect and dispose of trash
- Able to replenish frequently used products in Air BNB homes like paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and trash bags
- Organized and on-time to all scheduled cleanings
- Great communication and understanding of how to use cleaning products properly
About the position/responsibilities:
- $17 - $22/hr with potential to grow based on performance and experience
- Gas pay for jobs farther than 10 miles from home
- Keep 100% of customer tips
- Bonuses given randomly throughout the year and accrued paid-time off
- Day shift only, night shift cleaning will be rare unless special circumstance (commercial buildings – extra pay)
- Part time and full time positions available Monday - Sunday with hours ranging from 3 to 8 hours a day
- Variety of shifts available throughout the week
- Daily tasks consist of vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning bathroom, cleaning kitchen, laundering the sheets and towels, washing dishes, removing trash, replacing paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner
- If deep cleaning is required tasks may also include cleaning blinds, cleaning inside the refrigerator, cleaning inside of the windows, cleaning inside the oven
- Move-in/Move-out and post-construction cleanings occasionally
- Other responsibilities may be assigned since every cleaning is different
- Leave straight from home to each cleaning, no need to come to any office
- Cleaning supplies will be provided
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, use hands to finger and occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Direct deposit every two weeks
Service areas include: Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, Mesa, Queen Creek, Cave Creek, Chandler, Gilbert, Peoria, Glendale, Apache Junction, Ahwatukee, Sun City
