Clean Brands is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Franchise Coordinator to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in supporting our franchisees by managing various operational aspects, including onboarding, documentation, communication, and reporting. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a knack for detail. The ideal candidate has experience in franchising and is proficient in using FranConnect software.


Ideal candidate would work from our Hanover, MA or Naples, FL office. Remote is an option for the right person.


Responsibilities

Operations

  • Assist in updating and maintaining the Operations Manual, Construction Guides, and Brand Specs Guide for all brands.
  • Update and maintain territory mapping.
  • Create and update the Renewals report. Work with Operations and Legal on Franchise Agreement renewals.

FranConnect

  • Create new owner profiles and assign store ID numbers in FranConnect.
  • Create and manage Clean Connect user accounts for new owners.
  • Update and maintain accurate store records in FranConnect.
  • Enter and manage store and owner information, including Center Info, FA terms, territory, Entity Details, Owner Personal Details, Pictures, Insurance, Equipment, Ops Manual, and financial documents.
  • Create and update custom fields in FranConnect to improve reporting, communication, and overall store information management.
  • Manage store/owner transfers, terminations, and activations within FranConnect.
  • Update and organize The Hub library documents.

Onboarding

  • Schedule and facilitate weekly calls with new franchise owners.
  • Assist new franchise owners with understanding their lending options, real estate acquisition process, and construction timelines.
  • Create and maintain organized onboarding materials for each new franchise owner.
  • Track the timely completion and submission of all required onboarding documents.
  • Assist with ordering equipment and managing inventory for new store openings.
  • Coordinate with IT and Marketing to set up online platforms for new franchisees, including Google Business listings, social media pages, and microsites.
  • Obtain signage and vinyl quotes for new store locations.
  • Work with insurance brokers to obtain the proper coverage for new owners.

Legal

  • Assist the legal team with reporting requirements for Annual Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) updates.
  • Assist the accounting department in the yearly audit process.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining accurate territory maps for Franchise Agreements.
  • Maintain yearly scorecards for all brands.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a franchise operations role.
  • Proficiency in using FranConnect software is required.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
