Our growing commercial janitorial company is seeking a Sales & Client Retention Representative to help acquire new clients and ensure long-term customer satisfaction. If you have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a talent for building relationships, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Sales & Lead Generation: Prospect and generate new business opportunities with commercial clients.
• Client Acquisition: Close deals and secure long-term janitorial service contracts.
• Customer Retention: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and contract renewals.
• Follow-Ups & Upselling: Check in with clients regularly to offer additional services and address concerns.
• Problem-Solving: Address client issues proactively and ensure they remain satisfied with our services.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in janitorial, facility services, or a related industry is a plus.
