This position requires a valid driver's license, good driving record and you must be 25 years of age or older. (insurance requirement)
1000 signing bonus after 90 days with excellent attendance and good cleaning.
Floor Tech / Floaters work 40 hours per week.
Floor Technician Experience Required
Job Responsibilities :
Stripping and waxing of floors. Running floor equipment for scrub & rinse.
Basic cleaning including : dusting, mopping, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, locker rooms etc.
The start time is 5 : 30 pm and goes well into the night. Some days you will be finished at 12 or 1 am, other times you will be working later like 3 or 4 am.
Weekends may also be included. Scheduling can be Sun-Thurs or Mon-Fri.
Dental and vision coverage is provided to those who work more than 25 hours per week for 3 months consecutively.
Candidates must be able to pass a basic criminal background check.
A car is provided while traveling from account to account. Employee must have reliable transportation to get to our main office at 511 Phillips at the start of the day.
