We are looking for Crew Members- placement would be based on experience and knowledge of the green industry.
Production Responsibilities:
- Practices safety protocols established by the company
- Follows company policies and procedures
- Maintains and conveys a professional and positive image of Clean-Cut Lawn and Landscaping
- Engages in positive interactions with customers
Miscellaneous Responsibilities:
- Operates company equipment safely
- Arrives to work on time
- Other tasks assigned as necessary
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Experience in green industry or trades field
- Stoop/bend/lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for periods of 8 hours or more required
- Must be willing to work overtime
Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn care maintenance including mowing and edging
- Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Prune trees and shrubs to ensure optimal growth
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment
- Assist with garden bed maintenance and weeding
- Communicate effectively with team memebers
Experience:
- Prior experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment operation and maintenance is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
