Lawn Care Helper

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Helper to join our team. This role involves maintaining and enhancing the beauty of residential and commercial landscapes through various lawn care and landscaping services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to operate various tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging to ensure healthy grass growth.
• Execute landscape maintenance activities such as shrub trimming, digging, and building flower beds or hardscapes.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping projects.
• Maintain equipment by cleaning, sharpening blades, and performing minor repairs as needed.
• Communicate with clients to understand their lawn care needs and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized at the end of each job.

Skills

• Proficient in landscape maintenance techniques including lawn care, shrub trimming, and landscape installation.
• Experience with hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and power tools like lawn mowers and trimmers.
• Ability to dig, build, and create aesthetically pleasing landscapes.
• Knowledge of hardscaping techniques is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Experience preferred.but not required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
