Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in their homes, presenting our products and services, and booking estimates. The job starts at $20 per hour plus $20 per booked estimate. A good door to door marketer can look to book at least 1 estimate per hour.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to prospective customers.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and follow up on potential sales.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in home services, is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
