We’re seeking a friendly, motivated Residential Marketing Representative to join our outreach team. In this role, you’ll engage directly with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods, introduce them to our professional painting and refinishing services, and schedule free estimates. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, being outside, and working with a high-performance team. You’ll earn $20 per hour plus $20 for every booked estimate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Canvas local neighborhoods and engage homeowners in conversation.
- Educate potential customers on our services and what sets us apart.
- Book free estimates for our project consultants.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions using provided tools.
- Represent the company in a professional, polished, and positive manner.
- Participate in regular training and team check-ins to stay sharp and aligned.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable walking outdoors for several hours at a time.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is a plus—but not required.
- Reliable, goal-driven, and organized.
