REQUIREMENTS: Customer Service (Restaurant/Retail) & Computerized Cash Register Work Experience (1 year Preferred), Sales Experience
OVERVIEW: Front of House Team Members will be responsible for providing a welcoming experience by greeting guests, educating on Cafe menu, Grab N’ Go’s and weekly Meal Plans, keeping the guest experience in mind at all times. They must be able to provide genuine and friendly assistance to every guest during every visit. Friendly personality with strong customer service skills and comfortability engaging with customers is a MUST! The ideal candidate is team-oriented and a self-starter with an outgoing personality and excellent communication skills who is interested in a commitment and in growing with a strong-valued local company. Prefer a candidate with a passion for all-things health, wellness, nutrition, and food! Serious inquiries only.
JOB DUTIES:
- Providing a welcoming experience by greeting guests, educating on Cafe menu, Grab N’ Go’s and weekly Meal Plans. Making smoothies to order.
- Learning and being familiar with the entire menu along with the weekly meal plan service to answer any/all customer questions. Up-selling weekly meal plans and promotions.
- Operating the cash register and accurately process all cash and credit payments
- Maintaining a clean and organized front counter and customer dining area (dusting and cleaning shelves, counters, tables, fixtures, merchandise, etc.) Keeping drinks and marketplace items stocked.
- Providing exceptional customer service and getting to know the regular customers. Responding to concerns.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven working experience as in customer service (1 year preferred)
- Working knowledge of computerized cash register and/or POS system (1 year preferred)
- Possess outgoing and friendly personality with strong guest service skills
- Must be able to provide genuine and friendly assistance to every guest during every visit
- Basic mathematical skills and a strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to regularly move boxes, weighing up to 50 pounds, throughout the store.
- Must be able to constantly position self to bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shifts.
- Must be able to tolerate exposure to food allergens (almonds, cashews, dairy, etc).
- Must be able to be on your feet for up to 6 hours.
- Must be able to work various shifts per week and weekends. (Store Hours are 11am-7pm M-F & 11am-3pm S-S.)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have reliable transportation & a smart cellphone that can have apps for scheduling communication.
