The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent communication skills and leadership traits that inspire others to be the best version of themselves. This position offers tremendous growth opportunities within the company. *Responsibilities*- Manage and maintain a clean and organized no drama store environment ensuring that all store policies and procedures are followed. Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction targets. Oversee and coordinate store operations, including inventory management, payroll and market analysis. Develop and implement sales strategies and promotions to drive sales and increase customer loyalty. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional timely manner. Ensure compliance with all Clean Eatz policies, procedures and regulations. Manage and maintain accurate records including employee performance records, sales reports and inventory levels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
