Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team at Clean Eatz Fort Myers. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
• Assist with food preparation and ensure all food items are prepared according to safety and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front of house area, including dining tables, counters, and restrooms.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and support during busy periods.
• Operate the cash register accurately, handling transactions with basic math skills for cash handling.
• Assist in managing inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Follow all food industry regulations and company policies regarding food safety and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service is preferred but not required.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when necessary.
• Basic math skills for cash register operations and handling transactions accurately.
• A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 32 per week
