Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Manager to oversee and enhance our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, process improvement, and data analysis. This role requires an individual who can effectively manage supplier relationships, optimize inventory levels, and implement best practices to ensure operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and distribution.
- Utilize data analytics tools such as Tableau and SQL to monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and communication throughout the supply chain.
- Lead process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Six Sigma and Kaizen to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee the implementation of MRP systems and ERP solutions such as Oracle EBS and SAP ERP to streamline operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
- Monitor market trends and adjust supply chain strategies accordingly to mitigate risks.
Experience
- Proven experience in supply chain management or a related field.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, including the ability to fabricate components as needed.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (Tableau, SQL).
- Knowledge of MRP systems and ERP software (Oracle EBS, SAP ERP) is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma or Kaizen methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
