DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Identify and manage opportunities and risks to achieve the best possible results for scope, quality, schedule, and financial targets.
- Manage receivership, storage, and protection of materials and ensure a clean, organized and professional presentation of work sites.
- Site clean up and material delivery
- Punch list tasks
- Select and evaluate materials for defects
- Warehouse and fleet maintenance
- Assist with carpentry and other related tasks
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 years’ experience in construction preferred
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary to deliver the project on time
- Capable of climbing on ladders and carrying at least 80 pounds

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
