The Role of the Programs Specialist/Analyst
This is an exciting opportunity to join CEA's expanding team as a Programs Specialist/Analyst. You will play a key role in supporting our programs, which aim to educate, attract, and retain customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with CEA staff, Board members, and stakeholders to coordinate customer-facing programs
- Identifying community outreach and education initiatives and priorities
- Managing program budgets and researching funding opportunities
- Creating engaging presentations for community groups and coordinating event logistics
- Attending community events and contributing to data collection and analysis
- Leading program coordination and implementation
- Conducting research on potential funding opportunities and evaluating requirements
- Monitoring program success through metrics and analytics
- Developing materials to drive customer participation
Qualifying Education and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field AND three years of experience in customer service, governmental relations, marketing, or sales OR one year of experience with a public utility or Community Choice Aggregator
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust-based relationships with community members and stakeholders
