- Operate and maintain various heavy equipment efficiently and safely
- Perform tasks involving the use of heavy equipment in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, specifically with bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, dump trucks, tankers, front loader trucks, and Caterpillar machinery
- Commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred
- Ability to operate equipment in various weather conditions and terrains
- Strong understanding of equipment maintenance procedures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
