This role focuses on the entire lifecycle management of a specific group of assets, such as vehicles or heavy equipment, that support our Company's Service and Facilities operations. Responsibilities include asset acquisition and justification, deployment, utilization, maintenance scheduling, and eventual disposal.

- Design and implement effective preventative maintenance cycles and repair programs to reduce maintenance costs and enhance equipment uptime.
- Foster continuous improvement in asset performance with activities like failure analysis and condition monitoring.
- Assist corporate and regional management in lifecycle positioning and strategic asset placement.
- Evaluate asset requests and recommend optimal solutions, from refurbishing existing assets to acquiring new ones or considering leasing options.
- Oversee asset disposal procedures, including related documentation and financial tracking.
- Influence the preparation of various statistical reports focusing on maintenance, utilization, depreciation, and financial performance.
- Manage the procurement and operational setup for new assets end-to-end.
- Ensure targets and KPIs for the asset class are met concerning utilization and maintenance schedules.
- Provide expert asset management guidance to maintenance, management, and operational teams.
- Stay updated on advancements in technology within your asset category.
- Manage the Asset Management Workbench in the database pertaining to transfers, rentals, refurbishments, and replacements.
- Undertake other assigned duties as necessary.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Equipment Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Knowledge in database management, project management, equipment operations, or facility management is a plus.
