Heavy Duty Mechanic Job
We are seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our team in Kimball, NE. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance and repairs on our company fleet, which includes both heavy and light-duty vehicles.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in heavy duty mechanics, with proficiency in DOT inspections and preventative maintenance. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, a passion for delivering high-quality results, and a commitment to ensuring Health and Safety is the top priority.
As a Heavy Duty Mechanic, you will perform a variety of tasks, including working on drive lines, transmissions, suspensions, clutches, air brakes, and other necessary maintenance tasks. You will also operate various tools and equipment, including gauges, forklifts, shunt trucks, torches, grinders, and hand and power tools.
We offer a competitive hourly wage based on experience, ranging from $25-31 per hour.
