We are seeking a Director of Transportation Compliance to provide expertise in interpretation and implementation of federal, state, provincial, and company regulations and policies. The ideal candidate will have experience with DOT/TDG, FMCSA, FRA, RCRA regulations and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a staff of direct reports
- Provide technical support on transportation-related matters to various business lines
- Analyze company carrier performance scores and identify areas for improvement
- Manage, review, and track transportation metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years leadership experience required
- Experience with regulatory affairs and compliance preferred
