District Manager Role Overview
At Safety-Kleen, we are seeking a District Manager to oversee the operations and performance of multiple service locations within a designated region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Supervise, train, and develop branch managers and staff to ensure high performance, motivation, and employee retention.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations of all branches in the district, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with Safety-Kleen policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Financial Management: Manage the district's budget and financial performance, including controlling costs, maximizing revenue, and achieving district-specific financial goals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, resolving any service issues or concerns promptly.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all locations comply with federal, state, and local safety regulations and company policies.
- Business Development: Drive growth and new business within the district, collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities and expand market share.
Requirements:
