The Electrical and Instrumentation Technician will be responsible for performing hands-on instrument checks, calibrations, and PLC Logic programming. This role involves diagnosing issues with control circuitry and assisting the electrical and maintenance departments with various tasks as needed.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and troubleshoot instrument and control malfunctions.
- Perform preventative maintenance checks and calibrations on equipment.
- Maintain accurate records and logs as required.
- Install new system controls, including power wiring.
- Install cabling, power distribution systems, and motor control centers.
- Service and replace motors and lighting.
- Perform general electrical maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in oil, refinery, chemical, or steel mill industries preferred.
- Instrument and/or electrical training or degree preferred.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues.
- Ability to work a rotating shift and overtime as needed.
