What are the responsibilities and job description for the Engineer-Intern position at Clean Harbors?
We are looking for an Engineering Intern to spearhead our Mechanical Integrity Documents Program at our Fallon, NV location. This role is 75% drafting through CAD and 25% in the field examining, pipes, processes, schematics, and designing or re-designing diagrams to ensure all documents are up to date and accurate.
Wage : $30hr
Time Frame : January-May 2025 preferred. The project time frame is flexible and would consider summer.
Locations : Housing is not provided. Living in a commutable distance from Fallon, NV is preferred.
Responsibilities
- For the Mechanical Integrity program, will coordinates with operation to create, but not limited to updating CAD drawings and PIDs
- Provide technical services for the development of process instructions
- Coordinate with internal technical groups to identify and implement best practices
- May design or redesign piping, develop prototypes and produce the associated technical documents
- Support continuous improvement program through existing processes.
