About the Role
The Field Inspector will be responsible for completing response actions involving Release Abatement Measures, Immediate Response Actions and Phase I and II investigations at hazardous waste sites. This role will primarily be based in Massachusetts, with opportunities for nationwide travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Environmental Assessment : Conduct thorough environmental assessments to identify potential hazards and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Site Investigations : Lead site investigations to gather data on environmental conditions and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Reporting and Documentation : Prepare detailed reports and documentation of site visits, inspections, and findings.
- Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Education : Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, biology, chemistry, or a related field is required.
- Skills and Experience : Proven experience in environmental assessment, site investigations, and reporting; knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Certifications and Training : Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record (MVR) are required; training will be provided as necessary.
